Dosage and administration
For external use. Moisten the animal's fur with warm water.
Sprinkle it with shampoo in the proportion of 2.5 ml per kg of weight (50 ml per 20 kg) equal to approximately 20 mg/kg p.a. of phenothrin, 20 mg/kg p.a. of tetramethrin and 80 mg/kg p.a. of piperonyl butoxide.
Soft so as to create foam and cover the entire body surface with it (including the interdigital spaces, the sole of the foot and the outside of the auricle), avoiding the shampoo coming into contact with the eyes.
For disinfestation of fleas, lice and mosquitoes, 5 minutes of contact with the insecticide are sufficient, while 15 minutes are needed for ticks.
Rinse well, especially the parts with little fur and dry.
A single bath is usually sufficient, at most two a few days apart, in case some parasites survive.
Fleas, lice and mosquitoes are largely eliminated with the rinsing water, the ticks come off later.
