Description

Therapeutic indications

Support of liver function in case of chronic liver failure in cats. Hepatogen cat can be used as an adjuvant in cases of: primary liver dysfunction in cats, secondary liver dysfunction in cats following drug intoxication, infectious or parasitic diseases, treatment of chronic extra-hepatic pathologies (prolonged pharmacological therapies), prolonged use of drugs, debilitated or elderly subjects with decreased hepatic functional reserve, allergies and/or intolerances of food origin, particular stress situations (food, environmental), dysfunctions chronic intestinal problems, states of convalescence and functional recovery.

Dosage and administration

Hepatogen for cats is a palatable paste and should be administered, initially up to 6 months, directly into the mouth or added to normal food every day at the rate of 1-2 portions of paste: once a day for cats up to 5 kg body weight; 1-2 bars of paste: 2 times a day for cats over 5 kg body weight. Plenty of water is recommended.
