Dosage and administration
Route of administration: spray with mechanical pump for external use only. The pump delivers 0.5ml (100ml bottle) or 1.5ml (250ml bottle) or 3ml (500ml bottle) of spray per dispensing. Dosage: in order to wet the fur up to the skin, apply 3 or 6 ml per kg of live weight, (from 7.5 to 15 mg of active ingredient per kg of live weight), depending on the length of the fur. This dosage can be achieved with 6-12 sprays per application per kg of live weight for the 100 ml pack, or 2-4 applications for the 250 ml pack or 1-2 applications for the 500 ml pack. Based on the length of the fur: the 100 ml pack allows 4-8 treatments for a 4 kg live weight cat or 3 treatments for a 10 kg dog. The 250 ml package allows 2-4 treatments for a 20 kg dog. The 500 ml package allows 2-4 treatments for a 40 kg dog. Method of administration: spray over the entire surface of the animal's body from a distance of 10-20 cm. Spray against the grain and make sure that the entire body surface is evenly wet. Rub the fur especially on long-haired animals to bring the product into direct contact with the skin. For the treatment of the head or of young or nervous animals, the application can be made on a glove and passed against the grain on the fur. Spray against fur, wide jet for the back in an upright position, wide jet for the chest and belly, in a sitting or cruising position, narrow jet for paws and skin folds in an upright position, put the product on a glove for the muzzle. Leave to dry naturally. Do not dry with towels. For optimal control of flea and/or tick infestations the treatment program can be based on the local epidemiological situation. In the absence of safety studies, the minimum interval between treatments is 4 weeks. Puppies and kittens from 2 days of age can be treated safely.
