Therapeutic indications

Cleansing, soothing and humectant ophthalmic wipes for cleaning the area around the eyes (e.g. eyelids, eyelashes) of dogs and cats. Particularly suitable for removing ocular discharge in subjects suffering from various types of ophthalmic disorders, limiting hair coloration associated with abundant tearing (e.g. epiphora) and removing irritants and allergens (e.g. dust, pollen). Can also be used before applying eye drops, gels or ophthalmic ointments and for pre- and post-surgical periocular cleansing. Adelmidrol, analogue of palmitoylethanolamide, maintains the correct function of the skin and periocular mucous membranes by carrying out a soothing and anti-redness action. The complex of plant extracts* specifically selected for their emollient and cleansing action helps maintain correct hygiene around the eyes. Hyaluronic acid gives Oculvet® wipes a prolonged humectant and hydrating action. * althaea officinalis, passiflora quadrangularis, verbena officinalis, melissa officinalis, schisandra chinensis, tilia cordata.

Dosage and administration

Remove the wipe from the sachet after washing your hands. Gently cleanse the area around the eyes. For a better soothing action, the sachet can be kept closed in the fridge for half an hour before placing the wipe on site for a few minutes.
