Therapeutic indications

Ophthalmic drops with soothing and lubricating action. For the protection of the ocular surface in all conditions characterized by qualitative and quantitative alterations of the tear film (e.g. dry eye, conjunctival hyper-reactivity, side effects of topical ocular treatments with hypotensive action). Pea (palmitoylethanolamide) is a lipid substance naturally present in various structures of the eye. The topical application of pea, made soluble thanks to the use of cyclodextrin, exerts a soothing effect. Hyaluronic acid is a substance capable of binding to the surface of the eye and retaining large quantities of water, thus regulating the state of hydration of the ocular surface and, therefore, its lubrication.

Dosage and administration

1 or 2 drops per eye two or more times a day, according to the opinion of the veterinary surgeon. Wash your hands thoroughly. Remove any secretions around the eye, using a sterile wipe (e.g. Oculvet® wipes). Detach a vial from the strip, holding it on the side opposite the opening cap. Shake it lightly for a few seconds and open it by rotating the cap. Hold the animal still, lower the lower eyelid and instill the preparation, taking care not to touch the eye with the edge of the vial. The upside down cap can be used to close the vial. Use the contents of the vial within 36 hours of first opening. Once opened, the vial should be stored in the refrigerator.
