Properties

DEROXEN PETLINE OTO is indicated for the preventive hygiene of the external ear of dogs and cats, to keep it clean and healthy and to create an environment unfavorable to the establishment of alterations in the skin microbial flora, including the formation of bacterial biofilms, and exudative processes.

Following poor cleaning and alterations in physiological conditions, the ear can become ceruminous, smelly and cause itching.

Thanks to the sanitizing action of its components combined with the well-known soothing and repairing properties of the natural extracts of Calendula and Helichrysum and a delicate but deep cleansing action, DEROXEN PET LINE OTO acts directly on the causes of bad odor and itching by promoting the removal of dirt, cellular debris, secretions, exudates and excess sebum.

DEROXEN PETLINE OTO is also indicated as an adjuvant in pharmacological therapies of ear infections characterized by increased presence of earwax, erythema, exudates, alterations of the local microbial flora (bacteria and yeasts), in order to favor the restoration of normal physiological conditions and skin integrity of the external auditory canal and the auricle.

Deroxen PetLine OTO can be used for irrigation of the ear canal.

How to use

Instill the solution into the ear canal 1-3 times a week according to the following scheme:

- cats and small dogs: 2 sprays per ear

- dogs up to 20 kg: 4 sprays per ear ear

- dogs over 20 kg: 6 sprays per ear

Gently massage the base of the ear for 2-3 minutes and then remove the emerging earwax using gauze or a hygienic wipe (avoid using sharp instruments or cotton buds to avoid causing injuries inside the ear canal).

For animals with ear pathologies, always contact your veterinary surgeon.

Ingredients

Water, cocoyl starch, marigold glycolic extract, helichrysum glycolic extract, chlorhexidine digluconate 0.27%.

Does not contain parabens, dyes, lauryl sulphates (SLS and SLES).
