Therapeutic indications

Feed for horses of all ages, from weaning to adulthood. 

It promotes the correct maintenance of amino acids and vitamins in the phases in which these are of particular importance for the organism.

Aminofeed Complete is ideal to administer to:

• Foals: from weaning, Aminofeed Complete promotes excellent growth which translates into strong bone diameters, perfect aplomb and intact joints. It mineralizes the skeleton, increasing bone density to the benefit of structural solidity and competitive longevity. It prevents the frequent deficiencies (copper, zinc, manganese) and the common imbalances of mineral microelements that cause the most common joint lesions in foals (osteochondrosis).
• Mares: in pregnant mares the feed satisfies the increased needs of proteins, essential amino acids and minerals during pregnancy and lactation. Its contribution proves to be fundamental for the correct growth of the unborn child and the good mineralization of its skeleton. Aminofeed also stimulates the rapid resumption of the ovarian cycle with fertile heat even in critical conditions and facilitates the success of gestation and stimulates abundant milk production after childbirth.
• Stallions: the feed promotes fertility and keeps the subjects in excellent health and nutrition throughout the entire breeding season.

Dosage and administration

Administer the feed as indicated below in relation to the physical state of the animal.

• mares 9th-11th month of pregnancy: complete aminofeed kg/dl: 3.05 - 3.5; hay kg/day: 7-8
• mares 1st month of lactation: complete aminofeed kg/dl: 5 - 5.5; hay kg/day: 10-12
• mares 2nd-3rd month of lactation: complete aminofeed kg/dl: 6.5 - 7; hay kg/day: 10-12
• mares 4th month of lactation and following: complete aminofeed kg/dl: 5 -5.5; hay kg/day: 10-12
• foals from weaning to 12 months of age: complete aminofeed kg/dl: 3.5 - 4; hay kg/day: 4-5
• foals from 12 to 24 months of age: complete aminofeed kg/dl: 3.5 - 4; hay kg/day: 5-6
• foals from 24 to 36 months of age: complete aminofeed kg/dl: 4 - 4.5; hay kg/day: 6-8
• active stallions: aminofeed complete kg/dl: 5 - 7; hay kg/day: 10-12.
