Vetcare clorexyl sanitizing shampoo 250 ml is a shampoo formulated for washing all animals, particularly useful as an adjuvant in the treatment of pyoderma.

Shampoo-therapy means the application of a medicated shampoo carried out on veterinary medical prescription as an adjuvant in a systemic therapy.
Sometimes our patients get skin infections, which are often painful and itchy and sometimes contagious. Therefore, the topical use of products via shampoo, both alone and in combination with systemic drugs, represents a therapeutic modality capable of resolving and/or preventing recurrent clinical manifestations in many dermatoses. Preceded by a correct shaving of the fur and carried out by massaging and rubbing the dog's skin, shampoo therapy removes crusts and residues, reduces the surface bacterial load and has a dermoprotective and soothing effect. The frequency of washing must be appropriate to the general and skin health conditions of the individual: for example, a dog with a bacterial skin infection can be washed with an antiseptic shampoo even 2-3 times a week.

How to use
Apply to hair dampened with warm water, massage carefully, wait 5/10 minutes and then rinse. For topical use.
