Therapeutic indications

For the treatment of dermatological diseases of dogs and cats in which it is necessary to ensure topically a drastic reduction in the load of pathogenic germs and simultaneously promote the reparative processes, in particular: infections caused by malassezia, superficial pyoderma such as: intertrigo, impetigo, superficial folliculitis, pyotraumatic dermatitis; deep pyoderma such as: furunculosis, canine acne, pododermatitis, seborrhea associated with dermatophytosis infections and as a deodorant.

Dosage and administration

For external use only.

Spray the foam and distribute it over the entire body of the animal or only on the parts that need to be treated, evenly allowing it to penetrate, if the animal is not shaved, until it comes into contact with the skin.

Deroxen is a product with a disinfectant and deodorant action to obtain a solution containing chlorhexidine, it is a synthetic antibacterial agent, used to disinfect the skin and oral mucous membranes, effective against gram positive bacteria and is also quite active against gram negative bacteria, furthermore, the substance is also active against fungi and encapsulated viruses. At high doses, chlorhexidine proves to be extremely harmful to the body, however, when diluted appropriately. Comb the animal gently if necessary.

Do not dry. Repeat initially every day or every other day, then at longer intervals, in the opinion of the veterinary surgeon, until remission.
