Active Cat Renal
- Only animal protein source: surface fish (anchovies and herring caught in the open sea).
- Only carbohydrate source: rice.
- Inclusion of beetroot pulp, which provides fermentable fiber which has a positive effect in cases of chronic renal failure, as well as promoting the good state of the intestinal system, which is often compromised when this pathology is underway.
- Maize gluten as a protein source in association with fish protein hydrolysates. Plant-derived protein sources are generally less rich in phosphates and help limit the formation of nitrogenous waste (UREA). This is essential because in case of renal failure the kidneys do not efficiently eliminate nitrogenous waste. It is therefore necessary to limit its production.
- Reduced number of ingredients to reduce the risk of food intolerances and allergies.
- High natural intake of Omega3, fundamental for their action in controlling the growth of cells (especially fat cells) and their elasticity and reducing the risk of being overweight. Omega3/6 ratio of 1:3.
- Low concentration of phosphorus and reduced protein content, but of high quality (fish protein hydrolysates, potato protein hydrolysates).
- Low sodium concentration and increased K/Na ratio.

Period of use: chronic renal failure: initially up to 6 months
temporary renal failure: 2 to 4 weeks
failure chronic cardiac: initially up to 6 months
reduction of intolerances to ingredients and nutrients: from 3 to 8 weeks. If the symptoms of intolerance disappear, the product can be used indefinitely.
Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding cats.
The plant can also process proteins from chicken, lamb, deer, horse, pork.
