Complementary food for dogs and cats
The peculiarity of the Salmoil Recipe n° 2 is that it contains two differentiated sources of Omega 3 among which, in addition to Salmon oil, Krill stands out, which provides omega 3 with very high bioavailability thanks to their peculiar chemical composition.
SALMOIL RECIPE 2
Thanks to the experience gained by us at Necon Pet Food in the selection of high quality raw materials, we were able to find the best ingredients to be able to create Salmoil, a line of complementary foods made with the support of veterinary doctors specialized in animal nutrition.
The Omega 3s are a family of long-chain unsaturated fatty acids (18 to 22 carbon atoms).
They are also called "Essential Fatty Acids" since they are only partially or not at all synthesized ex novo in mammals. A lack of these fatty acids in the diet can give rise to dysfunctions in some physiological activities.
The Omega 3 family includes:
-
Alpha-linolenic acid (which linseed oil is rich in)
-
EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid): which fish oil is rich in
-
DHA (docosahexaenoic acid): the main source of which is always fish oil
Thanks to continuous use of Salmoil, your dog/cat will be able to:
-
keep the skin and coat of your 4-legged friend in perfect health;
-
help the physiological functionality of the joints by protecting them from oxidative stress
-
support the normal functionality of the kidney by increasing its defense capabilities against pro-oxidant molecules.
