Product Description

OTOCLEAN is an ear cleaner in solution for otological use intended for dogs and cats for veterinary use. This product is formulated with keratolytic, ceruminolytic, emollient, sanitizing and hydrating ingredients which give the product excellent qualities for the hygiene and care of the external ear canal of dogs and cats. OTOCLEAN helps keep the ear clean and free from accumulations of dirt, wax or secretions, thus contributing to the prevention of infections and promoting a healthy ear environment.

The main components of OTOCLEAN include salicylic acid, known for its exfoliating and anti-inflammatory properties, Cucumis sativus (cucumber) extract which provides a soothing effect, Cetraria islandica (lichen icelandic) extract with antioxidant properties, Mimosa tenuiflora extract for skin regeneration, 90% lactic acid which regulates the pH, transcutol for the penetration of active ingredients, propylene glycol and macrogol 400 such as solvents, glycerol and oleic acid to hydrate and nourish the skin, and water to taste. 1 ml to complete the solution.

Instructions for Use

The recommended method of use for OTOCLEAN involves opening the vial, instilling the solution into the ear canal, followed by a delicate massage at the base of the ear to facilitate the distribution of the product. The amount to be applied varies according to the size of the animal: one vial (5 ml) per ear for large-sized animals, or the contents of a vial divided between the two ears for small or medium-sized animals. After application, it is advisable not to introduce other substances into the ear for at least 30 minutes to allow OTOCLEAN to work effectively.
