Recommended for:
- Overweight dogs.
- Fiber-responsive disorders in overweight dogs: diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, colitis and constipation.
Not recommended for:
- Cats.
- Puppies
- Pregnant or breastfeeding females.
- Dogs debilitated or underweight, dehydrated, in a hypermetabolic state, with chronic kidney disease (IRIS stages 3-4) or liver disease.

Weight reduction- A realistic body weight reduction is approximately 1% weekly.
- The indicated quantities to be administered sometimes need to be decreased to produce optimal weight loss.
