Therapeutic indications

The kibbles from the Hepatic line by Purina Pro Plan Veterinary Diets are a complete medicated feed for adult cats suffering from liver problems:

• liver failure
• cholangitis
• cholestasis
• hepatitis
• portosystemic shunt
• hepatobiliary neoplasia
• hepatic accumulation of copper
• hepatic encephalopathy

Cats affected by pathologies of this type must be fed with specific food. 

Hepatic kibbles contain a reduced protein content, all of the highest quality, and a high concentration of essential fatty acids.

They help counteract liver disorders and the symptoms caused by them, maintaining a positive caloric balance and reducing the accumulation of toxins.

Dosage and method of use

Administration for at least six months is recommended. Before extending this period of use, consult your veterinarian.

Administer according to the dosage indicated on the back of the package.

Always leave plenty of clean water available for the animal.
