Therapeutic indications

Start-rec 4, administered before and after training or competitive activity, is indicated for maintaining electrolyte and acid-base balance, thus being useful in cases of intense physical effort. The content of electrolytes (sodium, chlorine, potassium, magnesium and calcium) and buffer substances (sodium bicarbonate) is associated with the antioxidant action of vitamin C. The presence of schisandra and beta-alanine allows for easier metabolic and muscular recovery after intense and prolonged physical activity.

Dosage and administration

Administer the product at the rate of two 20 g scoops in the morning and in the evening in the three days preceding the race or an intense effort, or two 20 g scoops per day for ten or more days for a more prolonged effect during training periods. Mix the product carefully into the food. Provide the subject with water at will.
