Phosphocarnitine is an injectable solution generally usable in cases of anorexia, dysorexia and organic wasting.
The supplement based on different vitamin and mineral complexes is suitable for administration in various types of animals.
In cattle for the treatment of: hypophosphatemia, anorexia and dysorexia, ketosis, fat cow syndrome, post-partum paresis.
In calves for the treatment of: anorexia, dysorexia and failure to grow, transport stress and introduction to a new environment.
In sheep and goats for the treatment of pregnancy toxemia, post-partum paresis, post-partum organic wasting, anorexia, dysorexia, weight loss and organic wasting, stunted growth of lambs.
In rabbits it is useful for the prevention of peripartum metabolic pathologies and stress.
Dosage and method of use
Administer phosphocarnitine according to the following indications:
Cattle: 20-40 ml/100 kg body weight every 12-24 hours, for 3-5 days, intramuscularly and intravenously.
Buffalo: 10-20 ml/100 kg body weight. every 12-24 hours, for 4-5 days, intramuscularly.
Equines: 20-40 ml/100 kg body weight, every 12-24 hours, for 3-5 days, intravenously and intramuscularly.
Pigs: 10-20 ml/100 kg body weight per day, for 3-5 days, intramuscularly.
Piglets: 5 ml/10 kg body weight per day, for 3-5 days, intramuscularly.
Sheep and goats: 2-4 ml/10 kg body weight. every 12-24 hours, for 5-10 days, intramuscularly, subcutaneously and intravenously.
Lamb: 1-2 ml/kg body weight. per day, subcutaneously.
Rabbits: breeding: 1 ml/5 kg body weight per day, subcutaneously.
Bunnies: 2-3 ml/liter of water to drink (approximately 2-3 ml/10 kg body weight), per day.
