  • Carefully monitor your insulin dosage. By switching tom/dTMFeline's insulin requirements may decrease significantly. It is advisable to monitor the effect of insulin when switching to m/dTM Feline; initially the dose may be reduced by 25-50%, especially if the cat was receiving high doses of the drug.
  • Do not allow the overweight cat to fast for more than 2 days.
