Method of Use

For adult guinea pigs (over 1 year of age), it is recommended to feed 1/8 to 1/4 cup of pellets per day. It is important to ensure that guinea pigs always have an unlimited supply of grass and legume hay available. It is essential to note that Essential Adult Guinea Pig is not suitable for growing, pregnant or nursing guinea pigs. For these categories, you should opt for a specific food such as Essential Young Guinea Pig.

Ingredients and Composition

The feed consists of timothy flour, soy hulls, soy protein concentrate, wheat semolina, salt, sugar cane molasses, yeasts and minerals. It also includes mineral oil and a vitamin complex that includes vitamin A (19,000 IU/kg min), vitamin C (400 mg/kg min, as L-ascorbic acid and Stay C-35), vitamin D (900 IU/kg), vitamin E (190 mg/kg, as alphatocopherol acetate) and copper sulfate.
