Composition(for 1 palatable tablet)

Chondroitin sulphate 20 kDa-95% 375 mg; Chitosan 375 mg; Epigallocatechin-gallate (Green Tea extract) 37 mg; Selenium 32 µg.

Use and method of use
For the maintenance of joint structures and locomotor function.
Dogs between 15 and 25 kg body weight: administer 1 tablet per day of FORTIFLEX 375;
Treatment for a period of 1 to 2 months, repeatable.

Chitosan, a natural ingredient of marine origin, protects the chondroitin sulphate during the digestion of the tablet.
