Therapeutic indications
Artikrill Cane is a complementary supplement formulated to support correct joint function, which acts effectively on each component of the joint, promoting functionality and health, for the recovery of joint function in dogs with joint difficulties.
Suitable for adult dogs to reduce joint alteration and recover mobility in case of osteoarthritis or ongoing degenerative processes and tendency to dysplasia and in dogs that have undergone joint surgery.
ARTIKRILL Cane 30 Pearls is characterized by a strong chondroprotective efficacy, it also helps to reduce the destruction of cartilage and promote its repair thanks to the anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving action of its natural components:
- Helps reduce joint pain, thanks to the anti-inflammatory action of Omega 3 fatty acids and Krill oil.
- Promotes chondrogenesis and remodeling of cartilage, thanks to the action of Curcumin, Chondroitin Sulphate and Glocosamin Sulphate.
- Helps the pain-relieving action and counteracts cartilage degradation, thanks to the synergy between EPA, DHA and Glucosamine Sulphate.
- It has a strong antioxidant action against ROS, thanks to Krill oil and Curcumin.
- It favors the long-term treatment of osteoarthritis, alone or with reduced doses of NSAIDs and corticosteroids.
Composition
- Omega 3 fatty acids: anti-inflammatory action.
- Chondroitin Sulphate and Glucosamine HCl: basic elements of the cartilage matrix that contribute to maintaining joint functionality and mobility, helping to slow down cartilage degeneration in both puppies and adult dogs predisposed by breed, weight and type of activity.
- Glucosamine is an aminomonosaccharide, which the body obtains from glucose and participates in the production of an important family of macromolecules, called glycosaminoglycans (GAGs), which stimulate the synthesis of proteoglycans, important components of cartilage, regulating the anabolism and catabolism of cartilage. It seems that its effect is to slow down the process of joint degeneration and facilitate the recovery of normal mobility of the joint.
- Chondroitin Sulphate is an element that protects and stimulates chondrocytes, considered anti-inflammatory, nourishing and lubricating for joints. Reduces pain and improves the functionality of bone joints in cases of mild or moderate osteoarthritis.
- Krill oil: powerful antioxidant action.
- Curcuminoids: promote chondrogenesis and cartilage remodeling.
Artikrill Cane is a preparation that turns out to be an effective and safe feed even in the case of prolonged administration. Excellent and natural palatability. Composition for 1 pearl:
- Fish oil 472.4 mg. (18% EPA 85 mg. - 12% DHA 56.6 mg.),
- glucosamine (chitosamine) from fermentation 265 mg
- gelatin
- chondroitin sulphate 265 mg
- glycerol
- vegetable oils and fats (Helianthus annuus L.)
- krill oil 37.5 mg
- sorbitol
- fatty acids esterased with glycerol (stearic acid)
- yeasts

Dosage and administration
To be given to the dog orally directly into the mouth or to be mixed in addition to the complete food, every day initially up to 3 months, at the rate of:
1 pearl up to 20 kg
2 pearls from 21 to 45 kg
3 pearls from 46 kg to 70 kg
4 pearls over 70 kg
Administration 2-3 times a year according to the opinion of the veterinarian
The maintenance treatment involves a dosage equal to half the dosage.
It can be administered together with the normal food ration.
