Therapeutic indications

COSEQUIN Start Recommended for puppies predisposed to the development of bone dysplasia or with joint problems related to growth, and for adult dogs with osteoarthritis in the initial non-symptomatic phase. Safe even in case of prolonged administration. Chondroitin sulphate and glucosamine hydrochloride and hyaluronic acid Basic components of the cartilaginous matrix and contribute to the maintenance of joint functionality and mobility, helping to slow down cartilage degeneration in both puppies and adult dogs predisposed by breed, weight and type of activity.

Dosage and administration

Administer daily for at least 4/6 weeks, depending on weight. The cycles can be repeated every 3/6 months, increasing the frequency in heavy or large subjects. The administration can be continued or repeated according to the opinion of the veterinarian.

The tablets can be given in a single daily administration.

Initial dose

4/6 weeks: 0-7 kg administer 1/2 tablet

7-15 kg administer 1 tablet

15-30 kg administer 2 tablets

> 30 kg administer 3 tablets

Maintenance dose: halve the initial dose
