Deakos Ausilium Miao 100 gr. is a complementary feed for cats that helps protect the urinary tract.
Indications:
Phitokos AUSILIUM MIAO, indicated as a complementary remedy in cystitis and other urinary tract infections, is particularly effective in case of Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Enterococcus faecalis, Streptococcus, Staphylococcus, Proteus, Pseudomonas and other bacteria fimbriates. Contrary to what happens with antibiotic therapy, the bacteria are not killed, but eliminated mechanically, dragged out with the flow of urine. This allows us not to damage the physiological bacterial flora, a precious ally of the animal's health. The bacteria will not perceive d-mannose as an "enemy", as would happen for example with the antibiotic, and will not have time to implement mutations aimed at evading future attacks, nor to exchange plasmids containing coding genes with other bacteria to develop resistance to antibiotics.
Phitokos AUSILIUM MIAO can be taken both during the acute phases - in association with specific therapies indicated by the treating veterinarian - and in recurrent or relapsing forms - alone or in association with specific diets recommended by the vet.
Phitokos AUSILIUM MIAO can also be used in the prevention and maintenance phase.

MECHANISM OF ACTION
D-Mannose carries out its action thanks to the affinity it presents towards the fimbriae of bacteria, which saturates, inhibiting their adhesive capacity. The bacteria, no longer able to adhere to the epithelium, will be expelled with the urinary flow. d-Mannose also helps restore tissue integrity, reconstituting the layer of GAGs (glycosaminoglycans), an essential component of the extracellular matrix. Morinda citrifolia strengthens the immune defenses and ensures an effective anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving, soothing, antibacterial and antifungal action.
Phitokos AUSILIUM MIAO can also be used for long periods, has no side effects, does not interfere with any type of drug, and does not pose a risk of overdose. It can also be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding, in case of celiac disease and diabetes.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Mix the powder with the usual food ration of wet food according to the following daily dosage: • Up to 10 kg of weight: 2 scoops per day, in two administrations, for a total of 3 g • Over 10 kg of weight: 4 scoops per day, in two administrations, for a total of 6 g. In case of exclusively dry feeding, slightly moisten the food to allow good adhesion of the powder and its complete intake.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
It is advisable to carry out an administration cycle of 15-20 days, possibly repeatable in the opinion of the veterinarian.
