As the kidney "ages" it loses much of its functionality (more than 75%) and remains incapable of eliminating nitrogenous waste and concentrating urine. As a result, the concentration of urea and creatinine in the blood increases.
Until now, the management of renal failure in animals has been based on infusion and medical support therapies; in humans, transplantation or dialysis is performed in an attempt to reduce the nitrogenous waste accumulated in the blood.
It is a paste product that contributes effectively and naturally to strengthening the immune system, providing specific active ingredients. It is particularly useful in all cats suffering from viral rhinotracheitis thanks to its balanced supply of lysine, but also in all those debilitated subjects frequently affected by acute or chronic pathologies of viral, bacterial, mycotic or parasitic etiology.

Potassium citrate compensates for the imbalances resulting from its depletion, helping the body to cope with the resulting metabolic acidosis.
Prebiotics, inulin promotes the development of the native bacterial flora of lactobacilli which contribute at the intestinal level to the catabolism of excess urea by reducing its reabsorbed quantity.
Olea Europea d.e. rich in secoiridoids, triterpenes, flavonoids which exert a hypotensive action, causing peripheral vasodilation, anti-radical and anti-inflammatory action.
Betula Pendula d.e. rich in terpenes which increase diuresis from a volumetric point of view and favor the excretion of nitrogenous catabolites (urea and uric acid), sodium methyl salicylate which has an anti-inflammatory and analgesic action on the renal epithelium, which can lead to a decrease in the excretion of albumin, bioflavonoids, quercetin and rutin which is responsible for the antiseptic activity.
Juniperus communis (juniper) stimulates kidney function thanks to its purifying and diuretic action. Experimentally it corrects hypoalbuminemia, normalizes the protein profile, reduces hyperglycemia and hyperuricemia. Terpinen-4-ol and other diterpenes present in juniper extracts stimulate the secretory renal epithelium, conferring volumetric diuretic properties.
Fagus sylvatica (beech) contains phenolic substances, mucilage, inulin, essential oil, potassium, calcium and iron. The gem extract has the property of stimulating diuresis and renal function, therefore excellent in renal failure, kidney stones and water retention, it also has the property of stimulating the organic defenses and is therefore specific in hypogammaglobulinemia.
Cynara scolymus (artichoke) stimulates diuresis and promotes the purifying action of the excretory organs.

How to use
Administer every 12 hours for the first 10 days, continue with the same dosage once a day continuously based on weight: cats and dogs up to 10 kg. 2 cm of paste, for animals weighing more than 2 cm, 2 cm of paste for every 10 kg of weight.
