Therapeutic indications

Dogs: it is particularly suitable for promoting correct skeletal development and for the repair of bone tissue. It offers a series of advantages compared to common calcium and phosphorus-based supplements: in canzocal + bmp all the bone tissue minerals are present in the correct physiological ratio; after oral intake, the microcrystalline structure of canzocal + bmp guarantees a slow and gradual release of the minerals it contains; the bioavailability of calcium at the intestinal level is increased thanks to the presence of bmp (bone morphogenetic protein) which promotes intestinal absorption; the organic fraction contained in canzocal + bmp has a beneficial effect on the metabolism of cartilaginous bone tissue cells and ligaments; the repair of fractures and microlesions occurs much more quickly thanks to the correctly balanced bioavailability of bone tissue minerals; canzocal + bmp is in granular form, odorless and tasteless, without the problems of poor palatability that are often found in similar preparations. It is also particularly recommended in puppies of large and giant breeds due to the particularly high needs of these subjects in the first 6 months of life and is also particularly indicated in all lactating bitches to satisfy the high energy and mineral demands of bitches during lactation.

Dosage and administration

Puppies weaned under 2 months: ½-1 measuring spoon/subject. Dogs 2-6 months of age: 1-2 scoops/subject. Dogs 6-9 months of age: 2-3 scoops/subject. Dogs over 9 months of age: 3-4 scoops/subject. Bitches in lactation and in the last 3 weeks of gestation: 3-4 measuring spoons/subject. Adult dogs: 1 scoop/10 kg body weight
