Novosyn purple 3.0 70 cm

Novosyn purple 3/0 is a synthetic absorbable surgical suture by B. Braun, made of polyglactin 910 (mixture of polyglycolic acid and lactic acid 90/10). The purple braided thread measures 70 cm and is equipped with a surgical needle.

The thread is treated with an absorbable synthetic coating which facilitates sliding and prevents tissue tearing. Absorption occurs by hydrolysis without permanent alterations in the wound area, with complete reabsorption of the mass in 56-70 days with normal tissue perfusion.

Indicated for general surgery, gastrointestinal surgery, subcutaneous orthopedic surgery and minimally invasive surgery in the veterinary field. Disposable sterile packaging.
