Scientific research has had a fair amount of development in highlighting the biological potential of essential oils, aromatic substances of plant origin, which are an integral part of phytotherapy, gathering evidence of effectiveness in various pathologies and especially in the prevention and treatment of some infectious, drug-resistant pathologies, even in the veterinary field. Essential oils are concentrated substances and should not be used pure, but diluted. If they have a very low price, they are likely to be of poor quality; in fact, to obtain 500 gr. of peppermint essential oil, approximately 120 kg are needed. of leaves of this plant. The broad and complex biological properties of the oils used, their synergies of action in combination with antibiotics and the absence of acquisition of bacterial resistance to their constituents, make them a valuable complement in the fight against infectious diseases. The high-quality essential oils, chosen by ROSA CANINA PHARMA, contain the essences of the plants. They are free of vegetable additions, whole and pure. The interdisciplinary use of these oils, formulated for this purpose, guarantee expectorant, mucolytic, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory activity to support respiratory function. The o.e. of Eucaliptus globulus, obtained from leaves and shoots, has a calming action on the airways, emollient and soothing on the oropharyngeal mucosa. The o.e. Cajeput (Melaleuca) also has mucolytic and expectorant activity, particularly effective for treating inflammation of the respiratory system. The o.e. of lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and calming action. The o.e. of rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) has stimulating, purifying and cardiotonic properties. Stimulates circulation, oxygenating the
tissues. The o.e. of geranium (Pelargonium graveolens) has an intense pink floral aroma, which acts as a relaxant and rebalancing.
USE
FOR AEROSOL
Dilute 5-10 drops in 10 ml. of distilled water for 10 days. Place the cat or small dog in a carrier and direct the steam a few centimeters, based on the sensitivity of the animal. It is best for the carrier to be rigid, with as few ventilation slots as possible. However, the aerosol does not lose its effectiveness if the carrier is one of the soft ones or has many cracks: just cover them properly. If you use an aerosol machine, complete with tube and mask, pass the tube through a slot and secure the piece of the aerosol mask with a simple package-tightening wire. It is useful to use an ultrasonic diffuser to avoid burning or overheating the essential oils, destroying the components. For medium-large dogs, equip yourself with a dog aerosol, equipped with a mask - muzzle suitable for this purpose. The alternative is to administer ANHELITUS in drops, mixed with food.
BY MOUTH
Dilute in a spoonful with a little water, 1-2 drops per kg. of weight and mix with your usual food; continue the treatment for 10 days.
