Therapeutic indications
A polymer that can hold more than 500 times its weight in water; it forms a thin transparent layer on the eye, protects it, lubricates its surface and soothes discomfort. Ocry-gel has a pH and osmolarity identical to those of the tear film and is therefore able to protect the eye and relieve the symptoms of dry eyes. Also effective in the case of eye surgery to prevent the eyes from being damaged by being forcibly left open for the entire duration of the operation.
Dosage and administration
Instill 1-2 drops in each eye, 2 times a day, exerting light pressure on the container.
