tèraxidin shampoo adjuvant in the treatment of skin infections and bacterial proliferations in dogs and cats. teraxidin shampoo is useful for the treatment of any type of pyoderma and is excellent for the management of individuals who develop recurrent pyoderma. The 3% concentration of chlorhexidine is considered effective in all clinical studies carried out and the presence of ceramides allows the integrity of the surface lipid film to be preserved or restored. The integrity of the epidermal barrier is fundamental in subjects suffering from atopic dermatitis, therefore it is important to keep dryness, dehydration and skin irritation under control.

Dosage and administration

Wet the animal's coat, uniformly apply a small amount of product, massaging for 5 -10 minutes until the shampoo comes into contact with the skin, then rinse thoroughly. The frequency of use may vary from 1 to 3 times a week depending on the advice of the veterinary surgeon.
